ESL finalizes the official calendar of the European SUP League 2026

The European SUP League (ESL) confirms the completion of the official calendar for the 2026 circuit following an extensive review and update process carried out with each of the event organizers. Over the past months, work has been conducted in accordance with the guidelines established by the ESL technical committee and the European Surfing Federation (ESF) to ensure that every event meets the minimum requirements to be part of the European league.

During this process, the ESL technical direction, led by Daniel Parres, together with the ESF technical committee, headed by Technical Director Tiago Motos and Executive Committee member Michael Lindberg, jointly defined the final calendar and the competition disciplines that will be contested at each stop of the 2026 circuit.

The final calendar of the European SUP League 2026 is structured as follows:

As a result of this review process, the event initially planned in Pornichet (France) will ultimately not be part of the 2026 calendar, as it did not meet the minimum requirements established by the ESL technical committee.

The ESL and the ESF maintain an open and constructive dialogue with the local organizers with the aim that, in future editions, these standards may be achieved and the event could rejoin the circuit.

In the coming weeks, registration links for each event will be progressively enabled and announced through the official ESL channels.

Through these initiatives, the ESL reaffirms its commitment to a demanding circuit of the highest sporting quality while also promoting spaces for dialogue and reflection to collectively shape the future of Stand Up Paddle in Europe.
